Access to natural light remains a key driver for today’s office environments, but integrating expansive window openings into high-performing wall systems often introduces complexity for developers and design teams. Achieving the right balance between daylight, efficiency, and constructability requires early coordination and technical expertise.

At One Bethany West, Wells partnered with the design team to deliver that balance at scale. By engineering 25-foot by 11-foot, 6-inch window openings within single prefabricated architectural precast wall panels, Wells helped streamline the building enclosure while preserving the desired transparency. The engineering team consolidated 71 individual window units into 30 punched openings — reducing piece count and driving meaningful time and cost savings for the developer.
