Seth Falcon, PE
Seth began at Wells interning in QC and R&D while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, transitioning to a full-time project engineer and manager upon graduation. In his current role as a sales representative, Seth leverages his engineering and project management background to guide clients through selecting and implementing Wells’ prefabricated building solutions. With a focus on building strong relationships, Seth works closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and seamless project execution for clients across the Midwest.
