For the next two decades, we introduced innovations like the “sandwich” panel to the Midwest and completed landmark projects that would solidify our reputation for groundbreaking builds.

Continuing to push beyond the engineering limits of existing systems, we achieved never-before-seen clear spans with our precast double tees. By 1995, we were entering new markets to better support our clients’ architectural ambitions.

As our operations grew, the role we played in each project followed suit. Now known as a comprehensive building solutions provider, we began solving increasingly complex challenges alongside design and construction teams.

Investing in expanded manufacturing capabilities and further innovation, Wells solidified our position as a leader in prefabrication technology, initiating a series of acquisitions and launching new services. We invested in innovation, bringing Concrete Vision®, a leading operational software solution, under our umbrella and formed a research and development team to explore new-to-market building solutions to add value to our clients’ builds.

As part of our acquisition strategy, we brought together the strength of industry leaders across the U.S., like Rocky Mountain Prestress (RMP), Spancrete, and Gate Precast into the Wells fold. With them, we now offer limitless architectural expression in interior and exterior applications.
