Waukesha, Wis. (01/19/2025) – Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, announces that Dan Daugherty is joining as Regional Facades Manager for the Great Lakes region. In this role, Daugherty will drive strategic awareness of Wells’ facade solutions in Illinois and Wisconsin, introducing innovative building envelope solutions to architects, engineers, and contractors.
Daugherty brings nearly a decade of experience in building envelope performance evaluations and architectural facades consulting to Wells, including prior work with UL Solutions and Lerch Bates Inc. His deep knowledge of the local market and strong relationships with leading architectural, engineering, and contracting firms position him to elevate Wells’ prefabricated and unitized building enclosure solutions in the region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Marquette University and an MBA in information systems and marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
“I’m thrilled to join Wells as we increase the visibility of our facade solutions in the Great Lakes,” said Daugherty. “I look forward to collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions while building strong, lasting partnerships.”
Daughtery will focus on growing awareness of GateLite®, a unitized, resilient facade system from Wells. GateLite combines a lightweight architectural concrete skin with an engineered metal frame, insulation, and glazing that immediately encloses the building, reduces risk, and significantly expedites schedules.
“Dan’s expertise and knowledge of the market make him an ideal leader for growing awareness of our Facades division in this region,” said Dan Stenzel, Vice President of Facades. “His professionalism, energy, and strategic insight will be instrumental as we continue to showcase the value Wells delivers to clients and the communities we help build.”
