Premier Bank’s new three-story building in Rochester was designed to feel like a historic masonry bank — complete with arched windows, stone sills, cornice detailing, and thin-brick finishes. Originally planned as traditional masonry, the project switched to total-precast concrete to maintain schedule, control costs, and continue construction through winter. The result is a classic, reassuring bank façade created with picture-frame panels, intricate detailing, and a thin-brick finish.
Wells began delivering precast panels in November 2024 and had the building enclosed by December, allowing interior trades to move in quickly. The bank opened in August 2025, showcasing how total-precast concrete can mimic masonry while offering speed, efficiency, and structural benefits — like tall parapet walls to hide rooftop equipment and load-bearing panels for a two-lane drive-through.
