(04/23/2026) – Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, announces the promotion of Ana Egloff to Director of Sealants and Restoration – Mountain States. This leadership advancement supports continued regional growth and expanded service offerings across Wells.
Wells’ Sealants and Restoration team provides comprehensive services supporting both new construction and existing buildings, including caulking and expansion joints, waterproofing, structural strengthening, firestopping, and restoration. In the Mountain States region, Wells has been delivering these services since 2015, building a strong foundation of trusted partnerships and proven performance. Egloff will work alongside regional leadership, sales, and operations teams to expand awareness of these services while reinforcing the organization’s reputation for quality, reliability, and efficient solutions.
Egloff joined Wells in November 2024 as a Regional Facades Manager and has played an important role in strengthening client relationships and advancing project execution throughout the region. With more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including 12 years working with prefabricated building systems, Egloff brings extensive leadership experience spanning architecture, project management, and executive operations. Egloff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Architecture and a master’s degree in architecture and business administration. In her new role, she leads regional strategy, team development, and market positioning for Wells sealants and restoration services.

This new leadership improves Wells’ ability to serve clients through multiple services under one coordinated team, supporting evolving project needs across Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and surrounding markets.
In addition to sealants and restoration services, Wells also offers additional services in the Mountain States region, including helical bracing installation, cable railing installation and repair, and custom fab shop capabilities such as rebar reinforcing, embed plates, stud welding, stirrups, and more.
