Kelly Henry is the Director of Architectural Systems at Wells, where she leads the advancement of the national portfolio of ultra high-performance concrete (UHPC) façades and partners with project teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and architecturally distinctive, design-forward precast solutions. She brings more than 16 years of experience in UHPC, façade design, and architectural systems. Kelly holds a Master of Architecture and MBA from Georgia Tech, a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Florida, and is a LEED-accredited professional. She is passionate about design collaboration, sustainable innovation, and bridging architectural vision with constructible solutions.
