Wells’ Jacksonville manufacturing facility delivers prefabricated, prestressed concrete systems for bridges, parking garages, total precast dormitories, stadiums and building structures across Florida and into Georgia. Situated on an 85-acre site, the facility manufactures bridge girders, piling, double tees, columns, beams, wall panels and hollow core slabs, with the capacity to produce 60,000 cu yd of prestressed concrete and more than 2 million sq ft of hollow core annually within a 144,000 sq ft enclosed manufacturing facility.

Jacksonville is the only Wells facility with full barge-loading capability, providing a distinct logistical advantage. In addition to truck delivery, barge access enables efficient distribution to Gulf and Atlantic coast destinations, expanding reach and reducing transportation constraints for large, complex projects.
