In a space enriched with handmade Moroccan lanterns, woven baskets, and exposed brick, Wells fabricated high-performance concrete and terrazzo countertops with DEX that seamlessly align with the restaurant’s artisanal aesthetic.

The main bar, back bar, and kitchen expo were crafted with a DEXterity Seal finish, providing a smooth, durable surface that balances refinement with resilience. At the falafel counter, where food is prepared in full view of guests, a custom Venizia terrazzo finish adds subtle texture and tonal variation, blending comfort, tradition, and contemporary craft. Together, these surfaces elevate the open-kitchen design while standing up to the demands of daily restaurant use.
