Built for Game Day

The University of Florida’s Condron Family Ballpark at Alfred A. McKethan Field in Gainesville, FL, enhances the experience of both players and spectators. As part of the university’s broader plan to elevate its athletic facilities, the 7,000-seat, 135,000 sq ft stadium combines functionality and modern design to support game-day operations.

Wells partnered with the design team to deliver the prefabricated systems that form the stadium’s seating and field separation elements — including lower-level risers bearing on raker walls and upper-level seating supported by structural steel. The collaboration also included prefabricated walls for dugout tunnels and the front walls that separate the field from the seating — providing durability, precision, and visual consistency across the stadium.

Through early collaboration, careful planning, and expertise in prefabrication, Wells helped bring the stadium to life — delivering functional, high-quality systems that enhance both the player and spectator experience.
