The E-470 Public Highway Authority, a leader in tolling and transportation innovation, required a new central maintenance facility to support their continued growth. Located across from the E-470 headquarters and service center, the new facility includes offices, service bays, wash bays, storage barns, plow storage, fueling stations, and more.

Wells partnered to provide solutions for three of the four main buildings on the site, including the storage and maintenance facility, offices, and a multi-use building. The design team aimed to give the facility a highly architectural look, utilizing the broad aesthetic capabilities of prefabrication. Wells integrated the beauty of brick with the durability of precast, bringing the design team’s vision to life.
