The facility meets Denver’s growing demand for clean water by processing up to 75 million gallons daily, with room for future expansion. The campus includes eight distinct spaces, ranging from administrative areas to specialized facilities for sediment tanks and chemical processing, all designed to adapt as the city’s needs evolve.

Wells partnered closely with the project team to bring these spaces to life, providing prefabricated solutions that ensured durability, efficiency, and precision.
