First Baptist Dallas, located in the heart of downtown Dallas, serves as a prominent faith-centered space supporting worship, education, and gathering. The 275,000 sq ft campus includes a worship center, children’s education environments, a skybridge, connecting concourse, and integrated parking garages, all designed to serve the congregation and the surrounding community.

The campus features four primary facades, with most of the east, west, and south elevations requiring enhanced thermal performance due to intense solar exposure. Wells partnered with the design team to develop a prefabricated building facade system that balances durability, efficiency, and architectural expression while addressing the project’s performance goals.
