Nordstrom set out to establish a contemporary architectural expression that could evolve into a recognizable store signature — one aligned with the brand’s refined identity while performing consistently across diverse markets. Achieving that balance required precision, adaptability and long-term durability.

Wells supported the design team through a design-assist process that aligned architectural intent, constructability and performance from the outset.
