District 1860 is mixed-use development nestled in the downtown area of Lincolnwood, IL. Once the site of the long-vacant Purple Hotel — demolished in 2013 — the project transformed an underutilized parcel into a vibrant, contemporary campus that brings together retail, residential, and recreational spaces designed to serve the surrounding community.

The first of two buildings offer ground-level retail, two levels of parking with 500 spaces, and 300 apartments on the floors above. The amenity level within the mixed-use building features an array of recreational facilities, including a pool, lounge area, bocce ball court and a putting green, creating an active hub for residents and visitors.
