Wells partnered early in a design-assist role, working closely with the architect, engineer, and construction manager to bring the building’s distinctive architectural expression to reality. Our team helped develop and engineer precast panels with integrated brick inlay, balancing visual texture, durability, and constructability. Positioned above a multi-level parking structure, the precast system unifies the facade and complements the underlying structure, supporting both aesthetic intent and long-term performance.
