Where Wellness and Performance Converge

At the center of Nashville’s oneC1TY district, 8 C1TY Blvd demonstrates how intentional design can support health, productivity, and long-term value. The building anchors a wellness-driven neighborhood where medicine, technology, and daily life intersect, serving leading physicians and health-tech teams while activating the street level with dining and coffee destinations that contribute to the district’s everyday energy.

Wells delivered architectural precast panels using a custom formliner and white concrete mix, creating a facade that balances refinement with durability. The prefabricated system supports oneC1TY’s broader vision for thoughtful, long-lasting design while delivering consistent quality and efficient execution.

Designed around principles of building for health, 8 C1TY Blvd is LEED Gold certified and has earned IREM Certified Sustainable Property (CSP) designation for medical office buildings. Landscaped public plazas, a green roof terrace, and building orientation that maximizes natural light enhance occupant well-being while reducing environmental impact. Reclaimed materials, efficient mechanical systems, and high-performance glass further reinforce the project’s commitment to responsible operations.

Positioned within a network of green and civic spaces, the building functions as both a destination and a connector. An iconic outdoor sculpture at the entry strengthens the sense of place and reflects oneC1TY’s role as an urban catalyst for mindful living and innovation.
