Enduring Strength, Refined Design
At 2100 Church Street, Wells partnered with the project team to deliver a transformative solution for a four-story, 106,000 sq ft medical office building directly connected to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. The project reimagined an original design that combined Arriscraft and natural stone, creating a durable, visually refined facade that meets the needs of modern healthcare tenants.
Working closely with the architect and contractor, Wells engineered and coordinated architectural tower panels with a glass-blast finish that emulates limestone while providing impact resistance and insulation. We also integrated 270 stair treads supplied by DEX, combining functionality, durability, and cohesive aesthetics throughout the facility. These efforts preserved the design intent while ensuring long-term performance and operational reliability.
With covered parking, a walkable Midtown location, and direct hospital connectivity, 2100 Church Street demonstrates Wells’ ability to deliver precise, high-quality solutions that enhance the built environment, support the evolving needs of healthcare providers, and contribute to a resilient, patient-centered campus.
