The Omni Nashville Hotel, a 22-story landmark in Nashville’s SoBro district, seamlessly integrates with the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum, creating a destination that celebrates the city’s cultural identity. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, the hotel features 800 guest rooms, luxury suites, and 80,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space, serving both leisure and business travelers with ease. The hotel combines modern architectural elements with thoughtful streetscape design, including grand sidewalks, native landscaping, and vintage-style lighting, fostering a welcoming, street-focused environment.

Wells played a key role in bringing the hotel’s striking facade to life with a high-performance prefabricated system that integrated exposed steel, glass, and regionally sourced limestone to reflect Nashville’s character while maintaining efficiency and durability. The precision and flexibility of the solution allowed the design team to achieve the complex geometry and aesthetic detail envisioned, all while supporting the aggressive project schedule.
