The complete reconstruction of two three-story resort spaces at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club required precision, speed and respect for a nearly century-old coastal legacy. Completed in just nine weeks, the effort replaced aging facilities while allowing the adjacent AAA Five Diamond resort to remain fully operational ahead of peak tourist season.

Wells partnered closely with the owner and design team to deliver an off-site prefabrication strategy that aligned with an aggressive schedule, a tight beachfront site and the architectural character of the historic campus. With limited access along a narrow two-lane road and active amenities surrounding the work zone, minimizing on-site disruption was critical. Coordinated sequencing and streamlined installation reduced site congestion, noise and trade overlap, supporting an efficient construction process in a highly visible setting.
