Wells contributed a variety of distinctive DEX high-performance concrete finishes throughout the space, including the main bar top, outdoor bar, coffee bar, and bath countertops. The Camo Venizia terrazzo main bar anchors the lively interior, while the Aspen Venizia terrazzo bath countertops add refined detail in a quieter setting. At the coffee bar, a DEXterity Snow surface provides a crisp, polished contrast.

Designed to perform as beautifully as they look, the year-round outdoor bar tops were engineered to endure Miami’s heat and humidity while maintaining their sophisticated appearance. Each surface balances durability with design, helping shape a guest experience that feels both vibrant and lasting.
