A Central Hub for North Loop

North Loop Green in Minneapolis, MN, is a 34-story mixed-use system that brings together residential, hospitality, office, retail, parking, and public green space into a single coordinated urban development. Located directly across from Target Field, the project strengthens the North Loop district by concentrating density, activity, and experience into one integrated environment designed for long-term urban growth.

From the start, the building was conceived as a unified exterior and structural system rather than a collection of separate components. The facade system works in coordination with the structural frame to support performance, durability, and architectural intent across all elevations. A hybrid approach combines floor-to-ceiling glazing on primary residential exposures with a prefabricated architectural enclosure system on the remaining sides of the tower, balancing transparency, enclosure, and performance.
