Park@420 is a five-story parking garage encompassing 220,000 sq ft that blends functionality, design, and urban context. The space includes more than 16,000 sq ft of ground-level retail and 490 parking stalls, supporting activity within a city known for design-forward parking environments.

Visual impact was a key design driver. Wells partnered with the design team to develop a prefabricated facade system featuring deco-inspired art performances that create rhythm and movement across the exterior. The facade pattern was achieved through strategic variation of base panel geometries, allowing each section to appear distinct while maintaining overall cohesion. Openings are carefully proportioned with beveled edges, creating a cube-like pattern that references historic punch card aesthetics while helping reduce glare for nearby residents.
