CoBank Center is an 11-story, 274,287 sq ft Class A office building with a six-story prefabricated parking structure partially wrapped beneath the tower and extending beyond it. The teardrop-shaped building is located in Village Center Station, a mixed-use Transit Oriented Development (TOD) with three office buildings totaling 700,000 sq ft and 50,000 sq ft of retail.

With a cast-in-place core, the office tower utilizes an integrated prefabricated structural system for floors, framing, and roof construction. The adjacent 332,000 sq ft parking structure provides space for 970 vehicles and is configured with three bays and an internal ramp at the center bay. Both the parking structure and office tower share a unified lateral force-resisting system, creating structural efficiency across the developments. The engineering team also leveraged a prefabricated insulated wall system to reduce the number of shear walls, resulting in a more open and functional parking environment.
