A Minnesota School Unlike Any Other
The Franklin Center delivers K-12 education through personalized accommodations for neurodiverse students. Founded in 2003 by a group of parents of children with neurodiversity, the organization has grown each year, resulting in the need for additional facilities including a new gymnasium and locker room addition.
Despite a 10-week delay caused by local road restrictions, Wells supported the project through prefabricated building solutions that helped recover schedule time. Off-site fabrication enabled rapid installation, with the ICC 500-rated gymnasium erected in just seven days. The new space not only expands programming capacity but also provides critical storm shelter protection from severe weather, including tornadoes.
