As part of this vision, Wells custom-fabricated integral sinks with DEX designer concrete for the rooftop pool deck, each finished in DEXterity Willow with a refined 1-inch fluted front edge. The sculptural detail elevates the functional element into a handcrafted accent, reflecting the project’s balance of creativity, craft, and contemporary living.
