Home of the Minnesota Golden Gophers, Huntington Bank Stadium is a more than 50,000-seat stadium located on the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The stadium was the first – collegiate or professional – to achieve LEED certification in 2009.

Wells partnered to provide the prefabricated risers, stairs and vomitory walls for both the lower and upper bowls. Given the scale of the stadium, the lower bowl was executed as a fully integrated prefabricated system. This approach enabled the erection crane to be positioned atop the completed lower bowl, providing efficient access for installation of the upper bowl seating structure.
