The LaGrange Parking Deck is a multi-level parking garage in downtown LaGrange, Georgia, developed as part of the City’s broader downtown redevelopment efforts. Completed in 2006, the space supports the growing district with 300 parking spaces while reinforcing the area’s distinctive character and walkable, civic-focused environment.

Wells provided a solution that balanced functionality with architectural expression. A cohesive facade approach was developed to reflect LaGrange’s historic context, incorporating arched openings and brick-inspired detailing that allow the parking space to feel integrated into the surrounding streetscape rather than purely utilitarian.
