Modern Solutions for Education
Prefabricated construction brings speed, precision, and long-term value to complex public projects — especially when communities are looking to do more with limited resources. That was the case for the Maple River K12 campus, developed as part of a $63.3 million referendum passed to consolidate three rural Minnesota schools into one centralized facility.
The result is a 195,855 sq ft, two-story campus designed to serve nearly 8,000 students, teachers, and staff across all grade levels (K–12). At its core, the project was about balance — equalizing classroom sizes, improving access to shared resources, and creating a modern learning environment that supports collaboration, interaction, and social development across 13 grade levels.
