The PACE Center Parking Garage in Parker, CO, provides a modern solution to the community’s growing parking needs, replacing the town’s 255-space lot with a four-story facility offering 295 spaces, including dedicated EV spots to meet local code requirements. Wells partnered with the town to deliver a space that supports both city operations and events at the PACE Center, enhancing downtown accessibility and usability for residents and visitors alike.
Wells applied its expertise in prefabricated solutions to streamline both schedule and cost. By combining precast components with structural steel and integrated glazing at the main stairwell, the team ensured the space is both durable and visually cohesive. Every element was carefully coordinated to fit seamlessly into the overall design.
The garage’s architectural details reflect a thoughtful balance of function and aesthetics. Tan and gray acid-etched panels, charcoal brick accents, and complementary steel fencing tie the space to the PACE Center and the surrounding community. A mural on the west facade adds a distinctive, locally inspired touch, reinforcing the garage’s role as a welcoming part of downtown Parker.
