Durable Design Meets Campus Character

The PG3 — Panther Parking Garage at Florida International University was designed to balance efficiency, durability, and architectural character within the Modesto A. Maidique Campus. Wells partnered with the project team to help elevate a highly functional structure into a visually engaging addition that reflects the energy and identity of the university.

Custom color strategies were developed in close coordination with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic while maintaining long-term performance in South Florida’s demanding climate. Wells’ contributions helped deliver a cohesive facade that enhances the garage’s presence on campus while meeting durability and maintenance expectations. The result is a garage that supports day-to-day campus operations, reinforces FIU’s commitment to quality and innovation, and contributes positively to the evolving campus environment.
