Positioned adjacent to the century-old hotel, the space balances modern performance with architectural sensitivity, extending the legacy of a landmark destination.

Through a fully prefabricated, off-site construction approach, Wells delivered an integrated building solution tailored to a constrained urban site. The exterior architectural facade incorporates embedded wood-mold brick and limestone banding, selected to align with the historic palette of the hotel while providing long-term durability. Behind the facade, the prefabricated frame was engineered to support long spans and efficient circulation, delivering reliability without compromising design intent.
