Wells partnered on this 290,000 sq ft total prefabrication project, delivering nearly 115,000 sq ft of architectural and structural concrete elements. Designed for over 1,300 students, the school features three learning neighborhoods, a large commons, 800-seat theater, 4-station gym and pool, and dedicated spaces for arts and music. Wells provided architectural wall panels with acid etch, sandblast, and polished finishes, along with structural components including double tees, hollowcore, stadia, beams, and columns.
