Wells partnered on the delivery of this 290,000 sq ft K12 school designed for more than 1,300 students, organized around three learning neighborhoods connected by a central commons that anchors circulation and collaboration. The facility integrates academic, arts, and athletic environments, including an 800-seat theater, gym and pool, dining commons, and dedicated arts spaces, into a single coordinated building system designed for long-term flexibility.

Wells delivered a prefabricated solution, combining enclosure and structure into one system. Multiple finish strategies were used to establish durability and architectural identity across the campus. By coordinating structure and enclosure as a unified system, the project supported large-span spaces and complex program areas while reducing field complexity and improving delivery efficiency. The result is a complete education system built for performance, adaptability, and long-term community impact.
