The Yard at Ivanhoe is a 591-unit apartment community with integrated retail and a centralized parking garage, developed at a scale that made it one of Orlando’s largest active multifamily projects during construction. For Wells, it also represented one of the largest undertakings in our history.

Across the apartment buildings, Wells delivered a consistent, high-quality exterior while supporting performance requirements critical to multifamily living. Within the nine-level parking structure, Wells supplied 26- and 34-inch precast double tees, walls, spandrel panels and slabs, creating a cohesive system across the entire development. A hollowcore system also supported fire resistance and sound transmission control targets, helping the project meet code and occupant expectations efficiently.
