Collaborating closely with the project teams, Wells helped develop a proprietary terrazzo blend using Venizia stone that balances long-term performance with refined visual appeal.

Each tread is carefully honed to a low-grit finish, exposing the fine aggregate while maintaining slip resistance — eliminating the need for additional traction measures. Through precision fabrication and thoughtful material selection, Wells delivers durable, low-maintenance elements that enhance safety and elevate the guest experience, all while complementing Topgolf’s vibrant, modern environments.
