The Neptune Community offers 671 beds within UCF’s Academic Village, designed for efficiency, sustainability, and student comfort. Wells created a solution that was installed in just 16 months, supporting a safe, coordinated workflow for all trades and enabling early interior work.

Through Revit-driven planning and off-site assembly, Wells maximized installation efficiency while maintaining precise alignment, structural integrity, and long-term performance. The residence hall demonstrates how prefabrication and detailed planning can create a functional, resilient, and visually integrated space for campus life.
