Pelican Apartments is a pioneering seven-story total precast residence hall on the University of South Florida’s St. Petersburg campus. Designed to house approximately 340 students, it fosters a vibrant residential community with a strong sense of campus integration.

The building provides a variety of living options, including 4-person suites, 2-bedroom shared layouts, and 2-person studios, along with four private single-bedroom units reserved for graduate students. Every unit features a full kitchen, shared living space, and bathrooms tailored to the layout, giving students both comfort and independence.
