A Dynamic Facade That Balances Light and Form

Truist Plaza at Church Street Station transforms a compact downtown Orlando site into a defining mixed-use space within the city’s skyline. Rising 28 stories adjacent to active rail lines, the tower brings together retail, parking, office and hospitality uses within a bold vertical composition that balances glass and prefabricated building facade systems.

Rather than expressing each program horizontally, the design presents the tower as two slender vertical masses. One elevation emphasizes transparency and expansive views, while the other introduces depth and rhythm through a layered interplay of glass and prefabricated elements. The result is a facade that filters daylight, balances solid and void and establishes a refined architectural cadence across the skyline.
