One Belleview Station is a landmark office space in the heart of a 42-acre, transit-oriented development — combining ground-level retail, four levels of parking, and a ten-story, 333,000 sq ft office tower. Wells partnered closely with the project team to deliver a space that balances striking design, operational efficiency, and long-term performance.

From early schematics, Wells’ approach focused on innovation and value. By leveraging prefabricated solutions, the office tower achieved dramatic sculpted ribbon walls framed with bold accents — all while maintaining cost-effective construction. The building’s core and shell were completed with precision, integrating limited cast-in-place stair and elevator cores, and a small retail extension in steel where appropriate. The project earned LEED Gold certification, demonstrating that sustainability and high-performance spaces can go hand in hand.
