Designed for Tropical Modernism
Rising as a defining element in West Palm Beach’s evolving skyline, this 25-story, approximately 285,000-square-foot Class A office tower reflects a contemporary interpretation of tropical modernism. Wells partnered with the design team to help translate a complex architectural vision into a high-performing, buildable enclosure — one that balances visual rhythm, outdoor connectivity, and long-term durability.
Located on a peninsula adjacent to a historically significant Beaux-Arts church, the project required a careful response to both context and community. Wells supported design decisions that allowed the building to bridge past and future, coordinating solutions that conceal parking, frame the neighboring landmark, and support the integration of planted loggias, layered terraces, and a public green anchored by a mature banyan tree. At street level, these efforts reinforce an active pedestrian environment and strengthen the tower’s connection to the surrounding urban fabric.
