One North Hills Tower anchors the latest expansion of Raleigh’s North Hills Main District with a 10-story, 266,000 sq ft Class-A office tower designed to serve as both workplace and destination. As a prominent addition to the district skyline, the building demanded architectural precision, construction efficiency, and long-term durability.

Wells delivered a prefabricated concrete facade system integrated with the curtain wall to achieve the architect’s crisp geometry and refined detailing. Two complementary concrete expressions define the exterior — smooth, light-reflective panels paired with textured elements that introduce depth and durability. At street level, the system scales to the pedestrian experience, reinforcing the district’s walkability and active ground-floor presence.
