Rosewood Residences at Turtle Creek in Dallas is a seventeen-story luxury residential space featuring thirty-three custom homes in the heart of the city’s Turtle Creek neighborhood. The facade was envisioned by renowned architect Lucien LaGrange, whose design blends classical proportions with modern elegance to create a timeless architectural presence.

Wells partnered with the design team early in the process to help translate that vision into a highly detailed exterior facade system that could deliver both architectural refinement and long-term performance. The project required careful coordination across the podium, tower, and penthouse levels to ensure the facade maintained a cohesive character while meeting demanding structural, durability, and maintenance requirements.
