Maeve, a 20-story luxury mixed-use tower at the gateway between downtown Raleigh and Boylan Heights, demonstrates how thoughtful off-site fabrication can elevate a client’s vision while transforming a neighborhood. The development combines traditional architectural precast concrete with Wells’ GateLite® prefabricated architectural precast facade system, setting a new benchmark for high-rise construction in the region.

Developed by Capital Square, Maeve replaces a shuttered building and surface lot, extending the downtown core southward and contributing to Raleigh’s revitalization. The project offers 297 apartment homes, over 10,000 sq ft of retail, and nearly 30,000 sq ft of amenities — including a rooftop lounge, pool, coworking space, and fitness center — creating a vibrant, connected experience for residents and visitors.
