Located on the campus of Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL, this 125,000  sq ft, four-story outpatient cancer center demonstrates how architectural precast concrete can deliver high-performance healthcare environments while achieving a bold, expressive façade.

Originally envisioned with a terracotta rainscreen, the design team collaborated with their digital innovation group and Wells to transition to an architectural precast solution. This approach preserved the richness of the original vision while providing enhanced durability, reduced maintenance, and long-term cost efficiency—critical for healthcare infrastructure in a hurricane-prone region.
