Wells partnered with the design team to shape this seven-story healthcare space that brings a sweeping, curved facade to Mount Sinai’s Miami Beach campus overlooking Biscayne Bay. The project serves as a central element of the campus, uniting emergency care and patient services within a highly visible waterfront setting.

From the outset, the vision called for a space that moved beyond a conventional patient tower — one that inspired the surrounding community while embracing expansive views of the bay and Miami skyline. Wells supported this vision through an off-site prefabrication approach that allowed the facade to flow and curve across elevations, balancing expressive design with performance demands specific to a coastal environment.
