To create a seamless campus aesthetic, Wells crafted prefabricated architectural cladding for the medical center’s exterior, carefully matching the finishes of the total precast parking garage. The result is a unified, refined look across the entire campus, brought to life through a combination of pigmented off-white acid-etched cement and modern projected architectural elements that speak to Wells’ commitment to high-quality design.

The project demanded a level of precision that pushed the boundaries of conventional construction. Highly complex precast pieces required CNC machining to accurately build the casting forms, ensuring every element met exacting standards. Designing and segmenting components around the building’s window systems required careful engineering, balancing architectural intent with the structural integrity needed for long-term performance.
