The facade introduces a distinctive, flowing basket-weave pattern that carries from exterior to interior surfaces, creating visual continuity and a sense of movement throughout the space. This dimensional expression demonstrates how prefabrication can support both performance and design ambition — delivering refined aesthetics alongside measurable resilience.

Spanning four stories and approximately 93,000 sq ft, the space is organized to promote intuitive patient flow. Phase I includes a 16-bed emergency department, 12-bed observation unit, urgent care, imaging, outpatient surgery center and medical office areas. Planning for future growth was integrated from the outset, with adjacent space positioned to allow a rapid, cost-conscious expansion of the emergency department when needed. Separate entrances further enhance efficiency by distinguishing emergent and outpatient access points.
