As the first phase of a broader health and wellness campus, this outpatient-focused space was envisioned to create an uplifting, healing environment while advancing community-centered care. The design reflects a systems-based approach grounded in convenience, cost-effectiveness, lean planning, sustainability and the thoughtful integration of clinical areas — all centered on improving the patient’s experience.

Wells supported the design team to implement a prefabricated facade system aligned with Florida’s rigorous performance requirements. The exterior envelope was engineered to support energy efficiency and resilience against hurricane-force winds, reinforcing long-term durability in a demanding climate. Through off-site construction and coordinated detailing, Wells helped streamline installation while maintaining architectural clarity.
